s 22 Prescribed offences relating to reporting
22.—(1) The regulations may prescribe offences relating to the reporting obligations under this Division.
(2) The punishment for an offence prescribed pursuant to subsection (1) must not exceed —(a)
a fine of $20,000 on conviction; and
(b)
in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine of $1,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
