s 31 Subrogation
31.—(1) In respect of any sum paid by the Fund as compensation for pollution damage, the Fund acquires by subrogation any rights in respect of the damage which the recipient has (or, but for the payment, would have) against any other person.
(2) In respect of any sum paid by the Authority as compensation for pollution damage, the Authority acquires by subrogation any rights which the recipient has against the Fund under this Part.
