Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Oil Pollution) Act 1998 s 33

s 33 Director may authorise person to exercise powers and duties

33. The powers conferred and the duties imposed on the Director under this Act and any regulations made under this Act may be exercised and carried out by any officer of the Authority generally or specially authorised by name or office by the Director and subject to the Director’s directions.
