s 37 Composition of offences
37.—(1) The Director may compound any such offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act as may be prescribed as being an offence which may be compounded by collecting from the person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding $2,000.
(2) The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations prescribing the offences which may be compounded.
