s 39 Protection from personal liability
39. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Director or any officer of the Authority or other person acting under the direction of the Director or the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in the execution or purported execution of this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
