s 77 Protection from personal liability
77. No liability shall lie personally against the Director or any member, officer or employee of the Authority acting under the direction of the Director or the Authority for anything done or omitted to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in the course of or in connection with —(a)
the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act;
(b)
the performance or purported performance of any function or the discharge or purported discharge of any duty under this Act; or
(c)
the compliance or purported compliance with this Act.
