Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act 1960 s 20

s 20 Power to amend sums specified in certain provisions

20. The appropriate Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the following provisions of this Act by substituting a different sum for any sum for the time being specified in those provisions:Sections 3(6)(b), 4(6) and (11)(b), 6(1), 9(1)(a) and (b) and 18(5). [22/2013]
