s 4 Organisation
4.—(1) The Corps consist of such headquarters, units, training institutions, services, departments or other like bodies as the Minister may from time to time establish. (2) The Corps are to be a unified corps consisting of land, maritime and air divisions and may consist of such numbers of cadets as the Minister may from time to time determine. (3) The Corps are to be affiliated to the Singapore Armed Forces for the purposes of training but members of the Corps are not to be members of the Singapore Armed Forces. (4) The Minister may disband any unit, training institution, service, department or other body established under subsection (1) in whole or in part or amalgamate any such unit, training institution, service, department or other body or alter the name or title thereof.
