National Council of Social Service Act 1992 s 34

s 34 When audited financial statements must be given to Minister

34. The Council must send the audited annual financial statements of the Council, signed by the president, to the Minister no later than 30 September in each year, together with a copy of any report made by the auditor of the Council.[5/2018]
