National Council of Social Service Act 1992 s 5G

s 5G Resignation from office

5G.—(1) A member of the Council (other than the Chief Executive Officer or the chairperson of the Community Chest) may resign his or her office by written notice to the Minister (with a copy to the Council) signed by the member. (2) The resignation is effective when the notice in subsection (1) is received by the Minister or at any later time specified in the notice.[Act 3 of 2026 wef 01/08/2026]
