National Council of Social Service Act 1992 s 5I

s 5I Remuneration, etc.

5I.—(1) Subject to subsection (2), the members of the Council may be paid, out of the funds of the Council, such salaries, fees and allowances as the Minister may from time to time determine. (2) The members of the Council must not be paid salaries, fees or allowances from funds administered by the Council for charitable purposes.[Act 3 of 2026 wef 01/08/2026]
