Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 s 1

s 1 Short title and commencement

1.—(1) This Act is the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 and comes into operation on a date that the Minister appoints by notification in the Gazette. (2) A notification made under this section may specify that different provisions of the Schedule come into operation on different dates.
