s 101 Tort treated as taking place in Singapore
101. For the purposes of any proceedings for a tort under Part 10, 11 or 12, that tort is to be treated as having taken place in Singapore if any act or omission or any part of an act or omission that is an element of the tort —(a)
was initiated or occurred in or from Singapore;
(b)
is perceived by one or more persons in Singapore; or
(c)
caused damage, loss or harm suffered in Singapore.
