s 62 Order following non‑compliance — eligibility to appeal
62. The following persons are eligible to appeal under section 63(1) to the Chairperson of the Appeal Panel against the Commissioner’s reconsidered decision made under section 59(1):(a) the recipient of an order following non‑compliance that was affirmed, given, varied or substituted under section 59(1); (b) a person affected by any order following non‑compliance that was affirmed, given or varied under section 59(1), of such description as may be prescribed, and different descriptions of persons may be prescribed in relation to each type of order following non‑compliance given by the Commissioner.
