s 50A Lock-up prisoners deemed in legal custody

50A. Every lock-up prisoner who is confined in any lock‑up, or who is transported to, or from, any lock-up, is deemed to be in the legal custody of the Commissioner or any person authorised by the Commissioner.[15/2010; 1/2014]
