s 50F Prisoner entitled to be released when remission order made, etc.
50F.—(1) A prisoner is entitled to be released on the day —(a)
a remission order is made in respect of the prisoner; or
(b)
the prisoner’s sentence of imprisonment is remitted.[1/2014]
(2) A person who is released and at large under a remission order is deemed not to be in the legal custody of the Commissioner.[1/2014]
(3) Every remission order has effect starting from the date the remission order is made.[1/2014]
