s 59A Interpretation of this Part

59A. In this Part —[Deleted by Act 6 of 2022 wef 02/09/2022] [Deleted by Act 6 of 2022 wef 02/09/2022] “Superintendent”, in relation to a prisoner, means the Superintendent of the prison from which the prisoner is released for external placement.[1/2014]
