s 59C Effect of external placement order
59C.—(1) A prisoner must be released on the day an external placement order is made in respect of him or her.[1/2014]
(2) Where an external placement order is in force in respect of a prisoner, the prisoner is deemed —(a)
to be still serving his or her sentence; and
(b)
to be still in the lawful custody of the Superintendent.[1/2014]
