s 15 Powers of exemption
15.—(1) The Minister may by order published in the Gazette exempt from the operation of this Act or of any specific provision thereof —(a)
any specified person or class of persons; or
(b)
any chemical commonly used for any process in connection with a trade, manufacture or industry.
(2) Every such exemption shall be subject to such instructions and conditions as the Minister may think fit to impose either generally or in any particular case.
