s 30 Grant of patent
30. The Registrar must grant the applicant a patent if all of the following conditions have been satisfied:(a)
all the formal requirements have been complied with;
(b)
the applicant has received a notice of eligibility to proceed to the grant of a patent under section 29A(1) or 29B(5)(b)(i);
(c)
the prescribed documents for the grant of the patent have been filed.[15/2012]
