s 11 Conservation guidelines

11.—(1) The competent authority may issue guidelines for the conservation of buildings or land within a conservation area and for the protection of their setting. (2) The competent authority must publish and make available copies of the guidelines for free inspection and for sale at a reasonable cost to the public.
