s 60A Amendment of Schedules

60A.—(1) The Minister may at any time, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedules.[30/2003] (2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.[30/2003] (3) Any order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[30/2003]
