s 7 Grant of licence

7.—(1) The Registrar may grant a licence in accordance with this Act. (2) An application for the grant of a licence must be —(a) made in the form and manner specified by the Registrar; and (b) accompanied by the payment of a non-refundable application fee of a prescribed amount.[Act 32 of 2024 wef 25/11/2024] (3) The Registrar may grant more than one licence to a person.
