Pawnbrokers Act 2015 s 81

s 81 Jurisdiction of District and Magistrates’ Courts

81. Despite any provision to the contrary in the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court —(a) may try any offence under this Act; and (b) may impose the full punishment for the offence.
