s 12 Codicil propounded after probate

12.—(1) Where, after probate has been granted, a codicil of the will is propounded, separate probate may be granted of the codicil. (2) Where the codicil expressly or impliedly revokes the appointment of any executor to whom probate has been granted, the probate shall be revoked, and a new probate shall be granted of the will and codicil together.
