s 28 Oath

28.—(1) Upon the grant of any probate or letters of administration, the grantee shall take an oath in the prescribed form, faithfully to administer the estate and to account for the same. (2) Subsection (1) shall not apply where the grantee is the Public Trustee or a trust company.[6/2004]
