s 293 Sale, etc., of obscene objects to young person
293. Whoever sells, lets to hire, distributes, exhibits or circulates to any person below 21 years of age any obscene object as defined in section 292(2), or offers or attempts to do so, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.[Act 21 of 2025 wef 17/08/2026]
