s 15 Attempts and abetments

15.—(1) Any person attempting to commit or abetting the commission of an offence under this Act shall be guilty of an offence. (2) The expressions “attempting to commit” and “abetting the commission of” an offence used in subsection (1) have the same meaning as they have in the Penal Code 1871.
