s 47 Closing of poll

47.—(1) No ballot paper shall be delivered to a voter after the hour fixed for the closing of the poll. (2) Despite subsection (1), if at the hour fixed for the closing of the poll there is in the polling station any voter to whom a ballot paper has been delivered, the voter must be allowed to record his or her vote.
