s 10 Financial statements and audit
10.—(1) The Minister must, as soon as practicable after the close of each financial year of the Pioneer Generation Fund or the Merdeka Generation Fund (as the case may be), cause to be prepared and submitted financial statements and accounts of the Pioneer Generation Fund and the Merdeka Generation Fund (as the case may be) in respect of the financial year to the Auditor‑General who is to audit or cause an audit of the statements and accounts and report on them.[16/2019] (2) As soon as the accounts of the Funds and the financial statements have been audited, a copy of the audited financial statements, together with a copy of any report made by the Auditor‑General, must be submitted to the Minister.[16/2019] (3) Where the Auditor‑General is not the auditor of any of the Funds, a copy of the audited financial statements and any report made by the auditor for that Fund must be forwarded to the Auditor‑General.[16/2019] (4) The Minister must as soon as practicable cause a copy of the audited financial statements of the Funds and the auditor’s report to be presented to Parliament.[16/2019]
