Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act 1990 s 21

s 21 Costs recoverable as a debt due to appointed authority

21. Any cost due from and payable by any person by virtue of section 17, 18, 19 or 20 is recoverable by the appointed authority or any person duly authorised by the authority to act on its behalf as a debt due to the authority.
