s 30 Protection from personal liability
30. No act or omission by the Minister, the Director, Port Master, any officer employed in the administration of this Act or any other person acting under the direction of the Minister, the Director or Port Master shall, if the act or omission was bona fide for the purpose of executing this Act or any regulations made under this Act, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
