s 11 Postal remittance of money
11.—(1) A public postal licensee may provide for the remittance of any sum of money through the post or any electronic or other system established by or among foreign postal administrations and postal licensees, if the public postal licensee is authorised by its licence to do so.[34/2007; 10/2021]
(2) A public postal licensee mentioned in subsection (1) may specify the documents to be used in connection with the remittances under subsection (1).[34/2007; 10/2021]
