s 26 Advisory guidelines
26.—(1) The Postal Authority may make advisory guidelines about any aspect of postal services and postal systems.
(2) Advisory guidelines, for example, may be made about —(a)
any matter in respect of which codes of practice and standards of performance may be made under section 24; or
(b)
the use, construction, design or performance of anything relating to postal systems or postal services.[34/2007]
(3) The Postal Authority must —(a)
give a copy of each advisory guideline to the Minister; and
(b)
publish each advisory guideline in the way the Postal Authority thinks fit.
