s 35 Fraudulent sending of postal article

35. A person who sends any postal article bearing any facsimile, imitation or representation of postage stamps or purporting to be prepaid with any postage stamp which has previously been used to prepay any other postal article or which has otherwise been previously used shall be guilty of an offence.[34/2007]
