s 39 Penalty for erasure of mark denoting used postage stamp

39. A person who, with fraudulent intent, erases or removes from a postage stamp any mark put or impressed upon the postage stamp denoting that the same has been used, or sells or uses any such postage stamp for postal purposes shall be guilty of an offence.[34/2007]
