s 39E Offence to remove, destroy or damage public parcel locker or related installation
39E. A person who —(a)
wilfully removes, destroys or damages any public parcel locker or related installation; or
(b)
wilfully destroys or damages any related software,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
