s 18 Fees charged by Public Trustee
18.—(1) Such fees, whether by way of percentage or otherwise, as the Minister prescribes, may be charged in respect of the duties of the Public Trustee. (2) Any expenses which might be retained or paid out of the trust property, if the Public Trustee were a private trustee, are to be so retained or paid, and the fees are to be retained or paid in the like manner as and in addition to such expenses. (3) Such fees are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund. (4) The incidence of the fees and expenses under this section as between capital and income are to be determined by the Public Trustee.
