s 11 Compliance with obligations of platform operator
11. To avoid doubt, where a person is a platform operator within the meaning of section 4, the person’s notification or failure to notify under section 8 or 9 does not affect the person’s obligation to comply with any requirement applicable to a platform operator under this Act or any other written law.
