s 66 Fine for riding on engine, tender or luggage van
66. Any person other than the engineman and fireman and assistant fireman, if any, who without the special licence of the manager or locomotive superintendent rides or attempts to ride upon any locomotive engine or tender upon a railway, and any person other than the guard or brakesman who without special permission of the manager or traffic manager rides or attempts to ride upon the railway in or upon any luggage van or goods wagon or other vehicle not appropriated to the carriage of passengers shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $40 for each offence.
