s 23 Taking body samples from volunteers

23.—(1) Subject to section 26, a DNA officer may take a body sample for forensic DNA analysis from an individual who voluntarily consents to the body sample being taken. (2) The DNA officer must send any body sample taken under subsection (1) to an authorised analyst for forensic DNA analysis.[Act 26 of 2022 wef 12/06/2023]
