s 24 Appropriate consent for taking invasive samples under section 19, 20, 21 or 22

24. An invasive sample must not be taken from an individual under section 19, 20, 21 or 22 unless the appropriate consent is given for the taking of the invasive sample.[Act 26 of 2022 wef 12/06/2023]
