s 43 Reviewing Tribunal — resources

43.—(1) All expenses of every Reviewing Tribunal are to be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament. (2) The Minister must appoint a Secretary to the Reviewing Tribunals and any other public officers that are necessary for a Reviewing Tribunal to discharge its functions under this Act.[Act 26 of 2022 wef 12/06/2023]
