Registration of Criminals Act 1949 s 51

s 51 Saving

51. The Registrar has the custody of all records of criminals and particulars which would be registrable particulars under this Act held immediately before 29 June 1949 by any Registrar of Criminals in Singapore, and the records and particulars whether taken, received or registered in accordance with any written law for the time being in force or not, are deemed to have been duly taken or received and, when registered, are, for all purposes of this Act, deemed to be comprised in and form part of the register maintained under this Act.[Act 26 of 2022 wef 12/06/2023]
