s 34 Power of Minister to remit penalties and restore goods seized or forfeited
34. The Minister may direct the remission or refund of the whole or any part of any penalty incurred or imposed under this Act or any regulations made under this Act and the restoration of the whole or any portion of any goods or articles seized or ordered to be forfeited under this Act or any regulations made under this Act to any person from whom they have been taken.
