Regulation of Imports and Exports Act 1995 s 35

s 35 Conduct of prosecution

35. Any prosecution in respect of an offence under this Act may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by any person authorised in writing by the Director‑General to conduct the prosecution. [6/2003; 15/2010]
