s 17 Penalty for procuring subscription or aid for unlawful society
17. Any person who procures or attempts to procure from any other person any subscription or aid for the purposes of an unlawful society shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.[Act 34 of 2023 wef 02/05/2024]
