s 31 Jurisdiction

31.—(1) Any offence under section 14(2) may be tried by a District Court which may pass the sentence specified in that section. (2) Any offence under any other section of this Act or any regulations made thereunder may be tried by a District Court or by a Magistrate’s Court.
