105.—(1) Where any proceedings in a subordinate military court have been held in private, a person must not publish any information concerning the proceedings and the judgment, except with the permission of the Armed Forces Council.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022] (2) A person must not take photographs in the court room or in the presence of the court or publish photographs so taken, except with the permission of the president of the subordinate military court. (3) A person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a subordinate military court to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
