s 184 Composition

184.—(1) A board of inquiry must consist of one or more persons who are members of the Singapore Armed Forces. (2) Where a board of inquiry consists of more than one person, the convening body must appoint one of the members to be the Chairperson. (3) Where a board of inquiry consists of one member only, that member is vested with the powers of the Chairperson.
